1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, using, or subscribing to Sharp Edge Bot ("Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), including all policies and guidelines incorporated herein. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you may not use the Service.

These Terms constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between you and Sharp Edge Bot ("Company", "we", "us", "our") regarding the Service and supersede all prior understandings, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral.

2. Disclaimer of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS.

Sharp Edge Bot makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, regarding the Service, its accuracy, reliability, timeliness, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights.

YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. We make absolutely no guarantee that any information, predictions, models, projections, or analyses provided will be accurate, profitable, or successful. Sports betting outcomes are inherently unpredictable and subject to numerous variables beyond our control.

3. No Guarantees or Warranties

Sharp Edge Bot explicitly disclaims all warranties, express and implied:

• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or virus-free
• We do not warrant that any defects will be corrected
• We do not warrant that predictions or analyses will result in profits or minimize losses
• We do not warrant the accuracy of third-party data sources we may reference
• We make no warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose

4. Responsible Gambling & Risk Acknowledgment

You acknowledge that sports betting and gambling involve significant financial risk. By using Sharp Edge Bot, you affirm that:

• You are of legal age to gamble in your jurisdiction
• You understand that past performance does not guarantee future results
• You will only bet funds you can afford to lose completely
• You are solely responsible for your gambling decisions
• You accept all financial consequences of your betting activities
• You will not use the Service if betting is prohibited in your jurisdiction

5. Subscription Terms

Sharp Edge Bot is offered as a monthly recurring subscription ("Subscription"). Your Subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel. The current subscription fee is $40 USD per month following a 5-day free trial.

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your Stripe billing portal, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

6. Billing & Payment

Credit Card Required: A valid credit card is required to initiate your free trial and Subscription. By providing a payment method, you authorize Sharp Edge Bot and Stripe to process charges.

Refund Policy: All sales are final. Subscriptions are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable. No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused portions of your Subscription. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of charge.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription fees at any time with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance of new pricing.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, analyses, models, code, proprietary frameworks, and intellectual property provided through Sharp Edge Bot, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof, are the exclusive property of Sharp Edge Bot and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License: Your use of the Service grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial gambling decision-making. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works from any Service content without explicit written permission.

Proprietary Models: All predictive models, algorithms, frameworks, and analytical methodologies are proprietary to Sharp Edge Bot. Reverse-engineering, attempting to extract, or copying these models is strictly prohibited.

8. User Conduct & Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of local, state, or federal law
• Attempt to access unauthorized portions of the Service or circumvent security measures
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any harmful code
• Engage in automated scraping, data mining, or excessive API requests that disrupt the Service
• Reverse-engineer, disassemble, or decompile the Service
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any proprietary content
• Harass, threaten, defame, or engage in abusive conduct toward other users or our team
• Use the Service to transmit spam, phishing, or misleading communications
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHARP EDGE BOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF USE, OR ANY OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, EVEN IF SHARP EDGE BOT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY ON WHICH THE CLAIM IS BASED, INCLUDING CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER BASIS.

YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY DISPUTE IS TO DISCONTINUE USE OF THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sharp Edge Bot and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

• Your use of the Service or violation of these Terms
• Your betting decisions or gambling activities based on Service information
• Any financial losses you incur
• Your infringement of third-party intellectual property rights
• Any content you submit or transmit through the Service

11. Termination

Sharp Edge Bot reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without notice or liability, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to the Service or other users.

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms immediately cease, and you must delete all downloaded materials. Sections regarding disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification survive termination indefinitely.

12. Modifications to Terms

Sharp Edge Bot reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date or posting an announcement on the Service. Your continued use of the Service following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Nevada.
